2021 heralds a new chapter in the QVB’s Christmas history with a new decoration program and new tree as its centre piece
Experience a magical story of resilience, celebration and Christmas spirit. We invite you to book your ticket for an intimate tour of our new Christmas Tree Experience inspired by the Wollemi Pine. Our experts will take you on a journey through time, from its inaugural Christmas decorations in 1898 to now.
Bookings available from Wednesday 24 November until Friday 24 December on selected days.

1pm – 1.40pm
Ticket Prices:
Adult tickets: $35 (inc. GST and booking fees)
Please note: this an 18+ event, children are not permitted to attend.
Tickets must be purchased by patrons 18 years or older.
Mandatory government issued COVID-restrictions in place at the time of your session will be strictly followed and implemented by the Experience Team including the potential requirement of wearing of masks.
Bookings are essential. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE TO ATTEND?

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND TIMES AVAILABLE FOR ATTENDING A TOUR AND HOW LONG IS A TOUR?
The QVB Christmas Tree Guided Tour commence from Wednesday, 24 November until Christmas Eve, Friday 24 December on selected days. A 40-minute time slot is available between 1pm – 1.40pm.

WHAT MEASURES ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE COVID SAFETY MEASURES ARE ADHERED TO?
The QVB safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team and community is our top priority. Upon your entry of the QVB we recommend you follow the current face mask guidelines, check in via the QR codes available, keep a healthy distance from each other and maintain good hygiene including washing your hands or using the hand sanitiser provided.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your allocated tour time. Meet at the check-in area located on located on Ground Floor, near the George Street entry of the QVB, to register before your tour. The Tour Host will be available to assist with check-in – please present your booking QR confirmation on arrival.

You may request to cancel your booking by contacting us on the details below. If you request to cancel your booking 48 hours or more before your session time a full refund will be provided to the credit card that you used to make your booking.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY BOOKING?
You may request to reschedule your tour booking by contacting us using the details above. If you request to reschedule your booking 48 hours or more before your session time, you can reschedule to another available date or time, at no cost.
If you request to reschedule your booking less than 48 hours before your session time, your request will be refused, unless there are exceptional circumstances (which will be determined in our absolute discretion).
We reserve the right to re-schedule tour session times if necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If we need to reschedule a session time, we will if practical notify you of the new tour session time 48 hours or more before your original session time. If you cannot attend the new session time, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any other costs you might incur relating to the rescheduling of session times.
